Inspired by my travels to the city of Granada and the astonishing architecture of the Alhambra, the Moorish fortress complex built in AD 889 and rebuilt in the mid-13th century.

Created for my solo show GENIUS LOCI (Espacio 88, Barcelona 2019). Traditionally used within architectural theory, Genius Loci is a Latin expression meaning “the spirit of places”.
